Accepted IDs for DOPAY Verification

Upon creating your DOPAY account, you are required to upload at least one (1) valid ID. This is not only part of our security measures but also a requirement set by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to ensure that every DOPAY users account remains safe, secure, and trustworthy.

For Filipino citizens aged 18 years old and above:

A. Primary IDs

• Philippine National ID (Card, Paper, or Digital)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver’s License
• SSS UMID Card
• GSIS UMID Card
• PRC ID

B. Secondary IDs

• Postal ID
• PhilHealth ID
• Pag-ibig ID
• Voter’s ID
• TIN ID or Digital TIN ID
• OFW / OWWA Card
• Senior Citizen ID (Physical & Digital)

For Foreign Customer aged 18 years and above:

A. Primary IDs:

• Valid Passport 
• Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I-Card) 
      a. Issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.
      b. Required for foreigners staying more than 59 days.

These may require additional checks or documents depending on clarity, security features, or issuing authority.

Important Reminders:

1. Make sure that the Name and Birthday you enter in creating your DOPAY account matched the Name and Birthday reflected in the valid ID you will be using.
2. Make sure that your ID is Valid and NOT expired.
3. The actual or physical ID should be clear, not tampered, and in good condition.
4. We do not accept scanned or photocopied IDs except for the National ID where digital form is accepted.

What should I do if I do not have any of the listed IDs?

If you do not have any of the IDs listed, we encourage you to get a National ID or PhilSys ID from the PSA website.

If you have applied for a National ID or PhilSys but haven't received the physical card, you can get your digital National ID or PhilSys through this website: https://e.gov.ph/.
